Week 2 Results

Another week down and here we go!

  • Weight – 262.2 lbs (.3 lost for the week, 4 lbs total)
  • BMI – 34.8 (remained the same, .5 lost total)
  • Waist to Hip Ratio: 1 (.02 loss this week, -.02 lost total)
  • Body Fat – 21% (.5% lost, 1.8% lost total)
  • Chest – 46.2″ (.2″ lost, .5″ lost total)
  • Arms – 14.5″ (remained the same, .5″ gained total)
  • Hips – 47.2″ (.2″ lost, .5″ lost total)
  • Waist – 48″ (1″ lost, 1.5″ lost total)
  • Thighs – 26.5″ (remained the same)
  • Calves – 16.5″ (.5″ lost, .5″ lost total)
  • Forearms – 11.5″ (.5″ lost, .5″ lost total)
  • Shoulders – 51″ (.5″ lost, 1″ lost total)
  • Neck – 15.75″ (1.25″ lost, 1.25″ total)

Overall not a lot of weight lost this week, but inches were lost so that is progress.

And I made some definite progress on the lifting!

I increased almost every exercise for my chest, back, biceps, and triceps by anywhere between 2 lbs and 25 lbs! So we made progress this week and that is the most important part! We’ve pushed against the darkness a little! Now we just have to keep pushing… ’cause we ain’t EVAH gonna stop!
