Another Week Down and Some Progress Made on Beast Mode

Well let’s just get right to the numbers shall we?

Forearms 12.25″ 0.25″
Shoulders 50.5″ 0.5″
Neck 16.25″ -0.25″

 

So lost some weight and gained some definition. Definitely a move in the right direction, now I just need to keep this momentum going! I need to get back in the habit of getting in my cardio 6 days a week instead of my 4 days I’ve been averaging. Strength training has been going better so I just need to keep this going!
